November Update...

November was getting back in the groove... I was a little concerned about Thanksgiving and football game keeping me from a strong finish, but generally, it was mostly good and I got back on track.  My health numbers continue to trend in the right direction.

My health goals for the last 6 months of 2025 are to average less than 2500 calories a day, sleep 7.5 hours, and beat 11,000 steps a day.


Currently, I am burning 3,151 cals a day. I have lost 15lbs in 10 weeks.  I weighed in at 214 on the 28th...  In Nov. I slept an average of 7h 23m up from 7h 21m in Oct. and well above my yearly average, and I averaged 12,355 steps per day in Nov. up from 11,648 in Oct.
