Keith Kritselis - Creative, Adaptive, Problem Solver

Web Developer

SKILLS:  HTML(5), CSS(3), PHP, SQL, JS, XML, Bootstrap, ActionScript, Perl
BIO: I've done a lot of web development since the mid-nineties, and watched it grow from being pages filled with lots of text and a few ugly graphics to the social, dynamic, media rich environment we have today.

I am as comfortable hand coding as I am using Dreamweaver or a content management system.

I have created a dozen e-commerce sites, built custom order processes for e-commerce sites, and created mashups using google maps, amazon, and facebook api's.

I have worked individually as designer and web programmer, but I've also managed teams of developers to deliver large-scale projects.  I can lead the team, but enjoy rolling up my sleeves and filling in where necessary to meet a deadline.

National Instruments
A short contract, I was tasked with updating a series of static and dynamic pages on NI.com. The static pages (example below) needed to be updated to a new 16 column architecture based on Twitter Bootstrap and wrapped with a new header and footer.  This entailed altering all the graphics, updating the flash video with HTML5 content, and rewriting a significant amount of the HTML, CSS and a little JS/Jquery.  The static pages needed to be updated in English and the 8 to 12 associated localization pages. The dynamic pages were managed by the Vignette CMS and were written in FREEMARKER.  A fun contract with a great team.

Facts, Intl.
I helped Facts Intl, a small startup, by creating a professional presentation for an upcoming trade show.

I did this by taking elements from their existing print marketing and created an informational website and promotional video to introduce their product to potential buyers.

I designed the site in Photoshop and coded in it Dreamweaver.  The video was done in After Effects.

Solid Memories
This product site needed a custom theme and unique purchase process.

Buyers needed to be able to submit photos
and customization data in the process of ordering.

It was built using an e-commerce CMS managing the shopping cart and a custom order process written in PHP/SQL/JS.
